working in fashion means many late nights, lugging bags of clothes and being on your feet all the time. when you're wearing 4 inch heels for 249283 hours straight it can be a little tough.

i always admire a girl that can look good in a pair of flats. i'm so small that i'm rarely out of my heels but how could i say no to a pair of zebra print brogues?

TRAVEL DIARIES

post travel depression is the worst. i just got back from the states about a month ago and i have still been having withdrawal symptoms from my trip.
while i was travelling i remember seeing this beautiful lady walk past me in white jeans, white shirt and a pair of heeled sandals while i was dressed in a tshirt, mini and flat sandals.
i told myself next time i travel i would be chic like her and play the part of the modern lauren hutton!

DUMA OBSESSION

a new obsession of mine is to stalk once stylist, now writer and founder of style website buro 24/7, miroslava duma. as my feet freeze in this chilly weather my mind tends to do the same, so i turn to the ever so chic style icon for some inspiration. talk about casual chic, im definitely buying a nyc hoodie and chanel backpack.
hoping to gain some insight into her creative mind i log into her website, the only problem is its entirely in russian. i think i may have to start a petition to request english translation...or learn russian?

felt like a confidence boost today. what better way than to wear your highest heels? i wear these ysl tribute heels to death. they make my legs look longer and somehow that makes me feel like i can conquer the world =P

finished my tuesday night with some champagne, popcorn and a mini fashion film. being bazaar is where fashion meets film. its filled with snippets of the fall winter 12/13 collections and features the newly appointed editor of harper's bazaar, kellie hush.

MONDAY MORNING BLUES

monday morning is probably the toughest day of the week.
kicking back into 7am wake ups is always tough, especially in the winter. does anyone else feel like sydney winter gets longer and colder every year? the chill may be hard to deal with but at least its a good reason to bring out your booties!
